Plan 1                 – £18.00 per month (annual recall)

• 1x Exam and 1x Airflow hygiene appointment

Plan 2                 – £36.00 per month (6 month recall)

• 2x Exam and 2x Airflow hygiene appointment

Plan 3                 – £48.00 per month (4 month recall)

• 1x Exam and 3x Airflow hygiene appointment

Plan 4                 – £60.00 per month (3 month recall)

• 1x Exam and 4x Airflow hygiene appointment

Children’s Plan 1  – £11.00 per month (Annual recall)

• 1x Exam and 1x hygiene appointment

Children’s Plan 2  – £22.00 per month (6 month recall)

• 2x Exam and 2x hygiene appointment
